Shipping Hours and Processing Times:
Usually all orders would be processed in 1-2 business days! Orders will be mainly shipped from California (zipcode: 91733). We usually use First Class Mail and Priority Mail (2-3 business days shipping)! For some big items, we use UPS/USPS standard ground shipping.

ReturnsYou may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. 15% re-stocking fee will be charged if the package was opened for electronic items. Buyer should pay the shipping fee to ship it back to us and the actual shipping fee we paid will be deducted from the payment unless we mailed the wrong item or the item is defective.
Before you return an item, please email us first at sales@supertobuy.com, to indicate the reason for the return and get the returning address. We will refund you upon receiving and inspecting your returning package. |
