All orders are shipped out within in 1-2 business days! Orders are shipped from our office near Los Angeles, California. Orders are shipped out via USPS or UPS at our discretion. All expedite shipping orders will be shipped out same day via UPS if ordered before 12pm (PST) during normal business hours. We are not responsible for shipments made to a wrong address provided by the buyer. All packages returned for any reason will require an additional payment to reship back to buyer. If package are unclaimed and sent back to us, original shipping cost will be deducted before issuing any refund. Sale taxes on orders are based on applicable local tax rates for the city of South El Monte, California. Buyers outside of California are not charged any sales taxes.
ReturnsAll returns require prior authorization in order to qualify for refund/replacement processing. Refund/replacement are within 30 days after order is placed. Please contact us for refund/replacement authorization. New items will be fully refunded (less original shipping costs) and a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged for all opened or used items (after original shipping costs are deducted). ALL OPEN INK BOTTLES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Buyer is responsible for returned shipping cost unless we sent a wrong item or the item is defective.
Please include a copy of your original receipt and a brief note indicating the reason for return with the items you are returning. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds/replacements to be processed.
